Heavy, painful period finally explained… it’s not the lactation.
Post Body

TRIGGER WARNING: pregnancy loss.

If you see my post history you will see that my last post was about why my period was so bad this month. Turns out I was pregnant and probably experienced a miscarriage. I just got back from the doctor today and he confirmed I am pregnant. Given the amount of blood I lost and the pain I was in, I’m almost certain that it was a loss. I am getting a sonogram tomorrow to confirm and to confirm it’s not ectopic (that would fucking suck even more).

I would not have followed through with a pregnancy in either case. I don’t plan on ever having children. It was very early on (6-7 weeks). I am experiencing a roller coaster of emotion though, it’s still fucking hard to go through. I’m feeling better now. Bleeding is tapering off, pain is very low level.

So there you have it. The bleeding is explained.
