I'm noticing that I am having a better response from hand expression than pumping. While I'm inducing I want to keep things as hassle free and enjoyable as possible.

I really love the LaVie 2-in-1 Warming Lactation Massager Pads.

So, I'm using them to help with stimulation prior to massage.

Then I'm using the LaVie Warming Lactation Massager to help with the hand expression.

I like putting the pads under my armpits. I always feel engorged there. It helps to relieve that sensation. I have a pumping/nursing bra and the massgers fit nicely in there. I also unsnap one side of the bra at a time to do the massage/hand expression.

Also, I do recommend putting the pads on a lower heat setting. I did give myself a slight burn that wasn't painful and it cleared in a day. But, I would not like to repeat the experience.
