Hello everyone! I love inducing but I also have a serious relationship with health and fitness that I'm attempting to rekindle finally. I just started back on intermittent fasting and I'm experiencing my usual beginning symptoms (suddenly a morning person, shitty sleep at first, feeling amazing overall) but I was thinking about it and wondered if anyone else in the sub does it too! So for anyone who is inducing and also performing intermittent fasting on a regular basis, please let share your experiences and tell me if you think inducing while doing so impacted your experience with fasting overall!
My thirst is also going wild. I have a huge water bottle with times on it that I drink throughout the day, and it holds 54 ounces of water. The last 2 days though I noticed I was slightly dehydrated even after drinking the whole thing. My window is pretty big to start with for now but I'll probably aim to go back to 14:10 (I used to do 16:8 but with my lifestyle now that just wouldn't work for me, unless I magically get better at meal prep again, which I won't hold my breath over).
