Heya! So, I'm 20 F and starting on my journey to ✨️milky goodness✨️ Ive brought a manual pump and massage every few hours, which ive been doing for about a week now. Im already noticing my chest growing fuller (which is impressive for I cups AUS, though not my goal) but was curious what paths others took to help with the process? I understand it can take months to lactate, and some people use domperidone to help as well, however being in AUS and having meds that interact with dom, im looking for other things that can help. Basic schedule is wake up, do some masaging pump for 10-15 minutes each, then repeat every 3-4 hours until bed, i sleep around 12 so ill wake up again at 4am to pump then sleep through till 10am.
Any suggestions are welcome 🥰🤗
