I live in Asheville, where hurricane Helene did so much damage. It house is ok... Back deck and hot tub obliterated but we're ok! Long story that I won't go into. No power or water in 10 days.... And no end in sight at this point.

I was able to keep my pumps charged all last week through solar chargers and maintained my schedule as well as my husband suckling sometimes several times a day but minimum morning and evening.

I wonder the part stress played in all this, but nothing I could or can do about it but keep plugging along. Suckling was actually a stress reliever so that was good! I ran out of supplements so whereas the dosage for the one I was taking was 2 capsules 3 times a day, I reduced it to one capsule a day. I'm going to try to get more within the next couple of days. I've done my best to keep up water intake and I've eaten a lot of oatmeal.

I'm at work today where there is power, water and Internet!
