Hello All,
I have been re-inducing for about 3 weeks now after taking a 3 year break. I have been trying this time to not use Dom but more of the natural route of herbal supplements and eating all the foods.
So this might be a dumb question, I recently tried to make oat-balls but used almond butter instead of peanut butter because my husband is allergic. They did not turn out great, I think i need the peanut butter but does that transfer into my milk? Reach has shown very little information on this and I don't want my husband dying on my boob. Or does anyone have an alternative to peanut butter that works well and has the added protein content? He only has a peanut allergy.
Thanks so much, please be kind, rewind.
