Caremax TENS machine

Does anybody else use the Caremax 2.0 Classic TENS machine? Is it possible to have it doing a pulsing rhythm the entire time? I have noticed it does this as part of Massage program 4, but only for several minutes in the middle. This is the rhythm that feels the most like suckling so Iād like to have it that way the whole time.
Or can anyone recommend a tens machine that has a pulsing program or setting?
