Just had to share another win 😊

This morning I woke up to my husband massaging my breasts (as I was turned away from him) before he got up to take our dog out & feed him. When he left the room I attached my pump for my first morning session. A couple times I felt this deep ache in my right breast near my armpit, that turned into a warm sensation radiating down my entire breast towards my nipple, then felt pin pricks on the nipple tips. When my session was over and I took off the pump on my right breast there waiting for us was the largest bead we have seen so far! Even saw a very little second bead. When I wiped them away, and couple more very small beads camw out on their own - I or my husband weren't hand expressing at all! My left breast, I felt the same thing during the session, but not as intense as on the other breast. And when I removed the pump two small beads were waiting for us! Though when I wiped them away more didn't show up.

I felt the letdown and couple mins after I started to caress the pump like I do my husband when he's suckling, and brought to mind an image of him at my breast and hearing him sigh. Seems to have worked like a charm!

Am noticing also that my breasts are reacting to him and only him. I noticed yesterday while we were out doing errands and I saw or heard a baby, not a peep from my breasts. But feeling my husband hold my hand or look at me, and my breasts start aching. Will be interesting to see if, after my milk comes in, if I leak when that happens. I know some women don't leak when lactating without pregnancy involved, but have heard some do. So will see!
