Just to recap: I started the induction journey in April. I started taking dom in July. I started making milk shortly after. So it’s been about 5 weeks since the milk started. I didn’t do the Newman goldfarb (no BC Phase). I am currently taking 90mg of dom per day. Never been pregnant, never lactated before, mid thirties. I make lactation cookies (oats, shatavari, brewers yeast). I take fenugreek, beta glucan and moringa sporadically.
I am pleasantly surprised at the quantity I am able to produce after only 5 weeks. I’ve essentially been able to double the quantity every week. Just last week I was maxing out at 4 oz a day. Now I am at 6 oz and counting. The goal is to max out as much as I possibly can. The women in my family have been notoriously over-productive so I’m hoping those genetics are in there somewhere for me too.
I’m curious: where did other folks plateau at?(I’d like even more than that but will settle for that happily if that’s what’s fated for me).
