We just got our first drops today! We're so happy and surprised—we didn't expect it to happen so quickly. It's only been 9 days! Now, should we stick to our current routine, or should we adjust anything?

Here’s what we’ve been doing so far:

• Domperidone: 20 mg, three times a day.
• Lactation supplements: 2 capsules a day.
• Pumping and massaging: 2-4 times a day, for 10-15 minutes every 2 hours.

Our routine isn’t strict or consistent. Should we maintain this schedule, or do we need to change anything?

After the first pump of the day, a cloudy but not yet white drop leaked from her right nipple. The same thing happened after the second pump. However, when she tried to hand express, nothing came out.
