One month on dom: symptom/progress report and other supplement experience

Hello everyone! Just wanted to share my progress and also talk about my experience on 1 month of dom. If you look at my post history, you will see the details of the start/middle of my journey. To recap: 4 months in… 1 month on dom, 1 month of milk.

I am currently taking 90mg per day. This is where I plan to stay. I started very gradually with 30mg and increased by 1 every week/close to a week. I accelerated a bit on the middle because I felt no adverse effects. And my symptom progress report is just that: I have zero side effects from dom. My period is erratic but that started before I started dom. I don’t have headaches. My digestion is fine. My mood is fine. My libido is intact. I am no more or less better or worse off then when I started.

This is NOT a recommendation for taking dom. This is just my personal experience because I was apprehensive and nervous about its effects and am happy to report that I have nothing to report.

Quantity: I started out making about .75 oz a day and now I am making 3.25-3.5oz per day and climbing. I think 90mg is a good place to be for me. I also started taking fenugreek a few days ago and it’s also having a positive effect.

In addition most days I’ll throw in: moringa, shatavari, brewers yeast, goats rue, sunflower lecithin, beta glucan, oatmeal, and magnesium. Not sure what effect these have been having on the milk output BUT I will say that I have more energy mentally and physically on days I take these things (especially shatavari and moringa) so it’s overall just good stuff for me with or without lactation.
