Hi all, I'm new here and trying to find answers to a question. I'm 61,on BHRT, specifically, testosterone and estrogen in pellet form, and oral progesterone nightly. I haven't breastfed in about 24 years and last week my husband and I did some reading on not only the benefits to my health but we are also very interested in the intimacy aspect within our marriage, so we jumped in with both feet and bought a pump and I started Sunday. My questions are: will the BHRT affect this?... Is it still possible to relactate while on the hormones? Also, will the hormones affect my husband? Can I do this if I don't pump during the night?
