Pumping vs Manual Expression output… help!

Hi all! I find that when I manually express, I get more drops on my right side by far. Like probably 2x the left side. But when I pump, I get more dots on the left and sometimes nothing on the right side. Would this be a flange size issue, or what might be going on? Thanks for any and all help!
