I took a break from pumping the last couple of days. I was feeling a bit stressed with life and didn't want to pump. I'm not at the point in my journey where I'm dedicated to a routine and consistency.

The first day my breasts were screaming to be pumped lol. The second day I did a little hand expression in the shower.

I did continue to take Cash Cow (I switched from Liquid Gold because I wanted to add moringa).

This morning I figured I would start with some hand expression and I'm getting quite a bit of clear/yellowish drops. The drops are expressing easier and getting larger in quantity.

I'm going to start back pumping today. I'm pretty excited by my progress- even when I take a break.
