Been lurking and thinking for about 2 months now… and today my dom arrived (from AIPCT)! I’m so excited, I took my first 10mg the second it arrived. Hoping to keep y’all updated.

So far- I’ve been massaging (usually marmet method if I have time, otherwise just a quick 5 minutes on each side) about 5 times a day for the past 2 weeks. Also started using a TENS unit about a week ago, sometimes in place of massaging. About once a session I usually get a clear drop from each side, always from the same spot on my nipple. I’m really hoping this starts to increase as I up my dom. I know it might take a while but I’m not a very patient person so I’m hopeful it’s sooner than later!

Haven’t gotten a pump yet. Not sure if I need it yet, but I kinda want one.

Any tips, thoughts, etc. are appreciated!
