Dom having opposite effect? Prolactin level went down!

I was able to have my prolactin levels measured via blood test before starting inducing and then about two weeks after stopping. In that time I did two months pumping only, 10 weeks on Yaz and dom, then 6 weeks Dom only and pumping. I was only ever able to produce 1.5-2mls per day. My max dose of dom was 90mg per day.
However I found out via the bloods that my prolactin level actually went DOWN. Has anyone else experienced this?
