Victory! After my 9am session I found a little bit of clear liquid on the right! 🥰 I can get some liquid from both when I hand express but I can't hand express anymore due to arthritis.

My info ... 50yrs, induced 3 times, gave birth 20 years ago. Started recently inducing 29 days ago. For those curious, 6 days ago I changed my pumping schedule, my water intake and eating ... pumping 3am to 9pm, 15 min sessions every 2 hours; water/drink intake 80-90 ounces a day; 3 main meals and small snacks (handful) after every pump session. I am using the Freemie Liberty II pump with Phillips Avent flanges and silicone cushions - will be switching the flanges to Freemie Slimfit 6 cups when they arrive next week but will keep using the silicone cushion. I use nipple balm or coconut oil for lubrication.
