Calorie intake for milk production
Post Body

I was reading that to help production we need to increase our calorie intake between 350-500 a day ... the whole eating for two still apparently applies when lactating, which I didn't know.

Was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on this? And what kinds of things you have to help meet that goal?

Also, how can we do this and not see weight gain ... am aware including healthy foods and exercise is important, looking beyond that as some people will still gain weight no matter what they eat and how much they exercise.
