Supply Increase Experiences

I know there’s heaps of posts on this but looking for experience of others. I did the Newman Goldfarb protocol for 10 weeks. Finished up about 3 weeks ago. Struggling to build supply. Currently getting 1.7mls per day in total.
How long does it take to see an increase? Feeling disheartened.
