Exercise, weightlifting and prolactin levels
Post Body

Hey folks! There are many studies out there that show elevated prolactin levels in people who do heavy exercise. It can get so high that some people have even spontaneously started lactating. It’s also a known problem for men who weightlift/bodybuild when elevated prolactin is not a desirable side effect.

I love weightlifting personally and am on my third week of induction. I can’t speak to any effects just yet (my gym regimen has been lazy at best this past month). But any other people on here have any experience or anything to share in regards to prolactin’s association with exercise? Anyone notice any effects post gym etc?
