So I started my induction journey about 2.5 weeks ago with no dom and no BC… just a pump and enthusiastic partner. One week in, I saw clear fluid. 1.5 weeks in, I saw a whitish drop (tiny but still there!). Then a week of not much to mention. I got a tens unit a few days ago and I LOVE the sensation. Been using that every 2 hours for the past few days. I love how discreet it is and how I don’t feel like I’m behind in my “labors” cuz I can’t be home to pump all the time.

This week, in addition to the tens, I am adding in marmet massage technique for 15-20 min a day, brewers yeast, beta glucan (the good stuff in oats and barley), and a pint of guiness just for fun ;). I also discovered the “lactation station” podcast. I LOVE it. I feel like she’s my fairy tit-mother lol.

This morning I had a small white drop from one nipple and clear fluid from the other. Woohoo! I know it’s way too soon to celebrate and it will take way more time to get actual milk, but I’m happy :). It’s also been very stimulating for both me and my partner (if you know what I mean).

Anyway, thank you to this community and all the generous info you guys share. I’ll share more of my progress as time goes on. I’ll have access to Dom soon which I’m looking forward to adding.

ETA: I didn’t add that I power pump 2x a day most days and at least one suckling session most days.
