Stress is bad for milk, mmkay, so lets have fun. Earlier in a comment I used some of my terms/nick names related to ABF/ANR that I use to refer to the processes many of us are using. I think it would be fun and lighthearted to share some of our most beloved nicknames AND maybe our big "NO" words related to the act or our gear. It's good to laugh when some of us scroll through here daily 😅.

Mine: - "Pump or Jump" - use my pump or my TENS - "Jumper Cables/Walkman" - my TENS - "Giving me a breast-ache" - blanket term for the good aches that make me want to pump/my partner suckling/feel like things are working - Stabbies- that sharp nip lightning bolt - "Feeding me grapes" - This one's close to my heart 🍇💘 - "Electric Chair" - when the TENS pad isn't on all the way and you roast a nip
