I can't believe after only a month of pumping my supply has increased so much, In the first week I was getting 5-10ml per pump and now I'm getting 100-150ml per breast per pump on a good day!

I've been sticking to pumping every 2-3 hours where I can, at least 5 times a day including waking up once through the night ...every night, draining but worth it 😊 I've been taking fenugreek breastfeeding supplements 3 times a day and have gone down from 80mg of dom to 40mg. My 2nd delivery from the Wan1 Store was extremely delayed so I rationed down to 10mg a day for a week and managed to get a small prescription from my Dr. This didn't seem to lower my supply much with the consistent pumping.

From here I want to improve my diet and water intake to help my milk production, get some better suited flanges and increase my dom dose again.

I also want to emphasise how amazing and intimate this experience has been with my partner, we've grown closer in such a passionate way, when he feeds from me and I hear him swallow my milk, I feel a bond I've felt with no with other 🥰 I love being able to nourish him 🤍
