I want to give up 😔

So when I pump (still haven’t got a solid schedule down yet 🫤) I typically have to pump for 30-40 mins before my breast start to feel better from not pumping. I’ve heard that can happen sometimes. But my issue is I keep getting slight cracks in my nipples (I use a nipple balm as lube and I lube my pump and my nipples) even when I had my partner suckle they still crack and chap I don’t know what to do and yes I have the correct flange size as well and I even use lighter suctions
