8 weeks in - is low mood and feeling defeated normal at this point?
Post Body

I have been inducing lactation for 8 weeks. Never been pregnant or lactated before. No partner. I take two supplements but no domperidone. Would prefer to avoid if possible. The first month was amazing, I saw and felt a lot of change. The second month has been much more variable, in some places feeling almost like I’ve gone backwards. I am starting to despair if I will ever be able to lactate! I have definite breast changes and have seen some white drops on one side.

Is this severe drop in mood common at this point?
