I induced before a year ago and pumped for about 9 months, although decreased amount of time after a while due to social pressure issues. Used Domperidone 80mg/day. Was able to only get maybe 2-4oz a day at peak.

I’m going back on it, been on Dom about a month and a half now and been pumping a few times a day (at least four) for the last month. I can get milk drops with manual expression but the pump isn’t getting anything out. Maybe a drop or two at most.

I used a Spectra the first time but switched to the BabyBuddha and use the in bra cups a lot because they let me exist in social spaces without it being nearly as much of a thing.

How long should I expect before I start getting milk streams?

I started to use a TENS machine I already had yesterday and got some fenugreek and milk thistle supplements today to try and pick things up.
