One dark dot on each areola?

I just noticed now that I have two little darker spots on each areola (both different position) and I dont know if they were there before, they're pretty tiny and I just dont remember them, or maybe I do but I didnt think of it much? Is it normal while inducing or does the color changes all at once? Gonna keep an eye on them and update if I see them getting bigger or more of these will appear. Im just so confused how did I not remember them, are they really new?
