Goat’s Rue and heart/heart rate
Post Body

Happy New Year!!

I tried to search and could not find it, but is there an issue with Goat’s Rue and the heart? I thought I had read it? Basically, I am naturally hypogylcemic (yeah…) it seems like my temperature is sinking and my heart rate increasing abnormally.

It seems like it coincided when I switched to Goat’s Rue (specifically Liquid Gold). As I understand it, Goat’s Rue can lower blood sugar, low blood sugar can lower temperature (mine hovers around 95.5 in the morning ), which in turn increases heart rate. I am an active person and my heart rate has been ridiculous.

The only thing I can think of is the Goat’s Rue (I took it from a different source prior and there was an inkling of this, but my guess is Liquid Gold just has a better product ).

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there some thing besides Fenugreek (it stopped working, which is why I switched to Goat’s Rue) as an alternative? I don't want to turn back now… but I also don't want to mess with my heart.

Thank you!
