A question for those who sell breastmilk...

This question is addressed to those ladies and mothers who sell their breast milk, but there is no possibility of a personal meeting, I am specifically referring to the ABF sessions.
If it is possible to receive the freshly pumped breast milk in person, is it possible for you, as a seller, to pump the breast milk in front of the customer (in a hotel, car, at home or elsewhere)? Have you given this opportunity to others? Maybe for an extra charge?
