Post Body

I was diagnosed back in September. It has been life changing for the first two months. Just being able yo recognize where my ADHD kicked especially when people were shocked when I didn’t react like I normally did. However…

We recently moved, moved during the holidays nonetheless, and my ADHD has cracked to 13. It’s extremely frustrating because I haven’t had the time to work on health coping skills and I know what it’s like when things are not super stressful but I can’t act that way.

Any advice, tips, tricks? I’ve been late everyday to work because I lose track of time. I’m snapping at people. Forgetting things instantly like oh we should order this and then move on to something else. Apathy through the roof. Thanks in advance.
