I see a lot of people in the memes sub and around others talk about how they'll listen to a new song on repeat until they are sick of it.
But I have the worst time listening to new music. If it wasn't recommended to me highly by someone I love, I can't latch onto it at all to get into it. Either that, it I need some sense of familiarity with it. Like the side project from a lead singer of a band I already know I like.
Anyone else have this problem? I've been listening to the same 12 albums my entire adult life.
