Audio Tracks are Off from Each Other???
Post Body

Hey guys! So I'm fairly new to Adobe Audition, but I've been encountering a problem when I'm recording something along with something I've already recorded.

When I make another track, say I'm adding a clap on a separate track as a drum track that I've already recorded. I listen to the playback of the drums while clapping perfectly in sync (I tried different versions of this a few different times with different beats and instruments).

But whenever I do this, it's like Audition records it as .25 seconds off or something, it never matches what I did. (And I've been a musician for almost 15 years, I'm playing on time). I've been super frustrated by this, and I've never been able to fix it. I'm sure that I'm not accidentally moving any of the audio files accidentally. Maybe it's something really silly and obvious.

I figured I would post on here because I just have no idea how to fix this. Thank you guys.
