I have a yearly prepaid subscription to Creative Cloud that is linked to a freshly expired credit card and the bill is now due. I'd like to cancel as I have access to Creative Cloud through work and no longer need a subscription for personal use. Adobe wants me to update the card info before allowing me to cancel the subscription.
The Adobe site says that if I don't update the credit card information my subscription will be cancelled. Would it cause problems with Adobe going forward if I just don't update the card and allow them to cancel my subscription? If I do update the linked credit card in order to manage my subscription Adobe will immediately charge the $600 to the new card before I have a chance to cancel.
I likely will re-subscribe sometime in the future so I hope that ignoring Adobe's request for an updated credit card won't cause issues down the road.
