If I dont upload anything to the creative cloud can my employer see what I'm doing?

Hi Guys,
My employer put me on their adobe subscription a while, but what can they get access to if I save everything I'm working on, personally, to external hard drives?
What access do they have to remote monitor what my apps are doing and what I'm working on?
