Hello! I recently got offered to be the coordinator for 3 managers and gained access to their calendars. I’ve never managed somebody’s calendar so I’m still trying to figure it out. Anyways, my problem is I keep getting emails about invites, cancellations, declined, accepted etc from their calendars. I tried to use the outlook rule and made 3 different folders for each one of them. What type of rule would work for this? I can’t filter it out with to or from since my email is in the “To” part. I tried to do the invite part, still no luck. Tried the specific word “Received from (manager’s name) to see if it’s gonna work, nope.
