Exit Clean - Cleaner Recs

Hello Adelaideans! We’re moving out of our small 2 bedroom unit in North Adelaide and looking for tips for a cleaner for the exit clean.
We use Fox Real Estate who are absolute psychos about cleaning so we basically have to hire someone at this stage. I got a quote from the person they suggested and they said $450?!?!
That seems insanely high for such a small unit. Anyone have someone they’ve used and liked before that isn’t charging more an hour than a lawyer?
