Seren - Apple TV show issue

I seem to have problems when trying to watch Apple TV exclusive shows on Seren. It is very strange as on one day I could watch 4 episodes of one show on one day, but then the next day, it only loads an audio source and only has a static image as the video, when watching the same show. Then when I go back to the previous episodes that were fine, they have the same issue with only playing audio, but no video, only an image. Is there a solution for this problem?
