Can’t get the Loop Live TV to work. Help please..

So I have used The Loop for live TV in the past and never had an issue. About 2 weeks ago it went down and has never worked again. I’ve tried re-installing it. Nothing. Tried Kodi 19.5 and 20.2 and it doesn’t work on either. Any idea what I am missing or forgetting here? Is there an additional add on that needs to go with it? Any help?
