Hi all was diagnosed with addison's disease 12 weeks ago. Since starting the hydrocortisone I've put on 2 stone My diet hasn't changed that much apart from eating an extra tuna sandwich in the evening. I have water retention in my face & stomach bloat. & to be Frank I still have mainly OFF days with no energy & terrible or no sleep. Ice seen my endo he says this is to be expected. My recent blood test said my pituitary has died off & I'm no longer producing testosterone so am due to go on HRT in 10 days time. Previous I always stayed in shape but now I hate how I'm looking. & most days I can't muster the energy to go on my treadmill or exercise bike. Help needed advice from people that were at the start of there journey with Treatment. Seven Blessings to you all especially helpful souls x
