Is this normal? - ket IM shots

3 days after last use -did a handful of IM ketamine shots around the outter upper thigh area so im not suprised by bruising but what would the yellow blotches be caused by? I do believe one of fhe shots missed muscle and went into skin so that may be it, if i keep it sterile and bandaged will I be ok? Or does this look like a start to infection
