Today was my last shot for a minute, since I'm checking in with my PO next week. Couldn't have come sooner, since I have been using every day since Thanksgiving. I needed a break, shit isn't even phasing me anymore. But I struggle putting shit down myself. (I use meth, IV).
It's gonna be a rough week, and I've read up on best way to make the comedown a little less rocky. I have vitamins and protein I've been taking and obviously will continue to do so. Besides eating and sleeping and supplements, and starting to workout again, what else could I be doing while coming off a 40 day session?
