So my 06 Acura TSX is in critical condition

The mechanic says there is a bad oil leak, and he won’t be able to tell how bad until he power washes all the spilled oil and crud off the area sometime next week. The car has about 250,000 miles, and as much as I hate to consider it, it’s time to think about getting a new car. I don’t want to spend over 40k. What car today is comparable, both Acuras and nonAcuras? Reliability, low maintenance, reviews, and resale value are key.
