In my country military service is mandatory when you hit 20 but you can postpone it if you are in university up until 30. You need to go an office every once in a while to confirm or update your status. At age 28 I was so accustomed to the procedure, I knew where to go, when to go etc. This time I went there, I passed the door to meet about two hundred guys lines before me. I just walked by them with my flannel and sunglasses as if I am military personnel. No one bat an eye. I completed my status check before they started accepting anyone
