embarrassed to attend acro class because of rash on my leg

Hi! For whatever reason, I've been having dry skin problems on the back of my knee lately and sometimes can't help but scratch. There's an acro class tomorrow I want to go to, but I'll be wearing an inch-long scab along the back of my knee.
Would you avoid flying with someone with a leg rash?
