Scope of job employment after pursuing Masters in Acoustics Engineering?
Post Body

Hi, I am currently an undergraduate student who is in his final year of Mechanical Engineering in Mumbai, India. I intend to do my masters in Acoustics Engineering (with an interest in development of audio equipment but keeping my options open). Of course my parents don't understand the point of pursuing in a field which they personally have never even heard before and trying to invalidate this choice of mine. So I would just like to know from working professionals in this field on how good or bad the industry is in terms of employability and average salaries (a financially securing job is obviously the top most priority). If it is indeed bad then obviously I will keep my mind open for other programmes in Masters as well
