Recommend me a Martin that is good for strumming AND picking

I'm a relative newbie to Martin guitars, my primary guitar has been a Gibson Hummingbird which I have played exclusively for the last 10 years or so. I'm looking for a guitar that can replace my Hummingbird, not because I don't like it, but because I would like to excite myself with something new, and also my gigs are often 3 hrs long and the Hummingbird is damn heavy.

I play 50-100 cover gigs per year at weddings and company events and I need a guitar that is a good all-rounder. Something that can be gentle and good for some nice finger-picking, but also equally good to wail on a little. I normally end my sets with songs like The Stones "Satisfaction" and Elvis's "Jailhouse Rock". If the guitar weighs less than my Hummingbird that would also be a big bonus.

I really have my heart set on Martin, and in a haste I bought a 000-15m and then had a Thinline Gold pickup installed in it. I have come to really like this guitar and it is light as a feather, but after trying it at my last couple of shows I feel it comes unstuck a little when I get towards the end of my set and I have these big strummer songs. And although it feels much easier and is more enjoyable to play, it just feels it is lacking a little in power and body. I am only using 12's on it (and my Hummingbird has 13's) so I guess that could be something to do with it, but I would guess it is the smaller body size.

So can anyone recommend me something? What would be the next step up from my 000-15m which can also kick out some oompfh and body as a strummer, but is still fairly light and also nice to finger- pick?
