What gauge strings for Martin 000-15m tuned down a whole step?

Anyone playing a Martin 000-15m and tuned down a full step (E becomes D etc) ? If so, what gauge strings do you recommend?
I believe it comes stock with Martin Lifespan Lights 012-054, and although it sounds pretty good tuned down a step I'm just wondering if mediums 013-056 might sound better and bring back a little tension... and can such a light guitar handle mediums ok?
And as a side note, Phosphor Bronze or 80/20 on this guitar?
