My skin color is naturally tan. Because of my skin color I don’t think laser is an option for my acne scars. Has anyone with the same skin color have some success with microneedling? I’m interested in getting microneedling, with possibly PRP, to minimize the appearance of my scars. I scheduled a consultation with a dermatologist, but it won’t be until the end of next month. He only offers microneedling and it’s done with an RN/aesthetician. In my area, medical spas only offer the PCP and microneedling option. So, I just wanted to get some insight before I choose this option, since it’s a hefty price
