Seeking comfort tips
Post Body
Had a tear on a routine jumpshot playing pickup ball on 6/5 but was in another state working. Was given a boot and crutches on 6/6 (didn’t need crutches at all.) Wasn’t able to get back home to see a doc until 7/5, had surgery 7/14. Any tips for making this comfortable? I am in a cast until the 7/27, doc is very optimistic (recently tore his playing soccer, ironic right?) but I cannot get comfortable elevating my leg for the life of me.
