Post Body

Hey guys. So, there's something wrong with my laptop. It's an Acer Swift 1, 4GB RAM, with an Intel Pentium Silver N5000 processor. I don't know if this happens randomly but it suddenly turns off while I'm using it. An instance of this event is when I'm using 2 windows of Microsoft Word while on an online class using Google meet that was opened using Microsoft edge plus 2 other tabs. [ I switched to Microsoft edge because my boyfriend told me it uses less RAM (?) compared to Google Chrome.] Another instance was when I was using 4 tabs in Microsoft edge while editing a document in MS Teams. And another one was when I was in an online meeting using Zoom while editing 2 documents in MS word. I couldn't say that "overuse" of the laptop could cause the 'random' shutdown because sometimes, I watch Netflix for hours while on a video chat with my boyfriend and then leave the video chat running till morning and my laptop didn't turn itself off. (Not always, but sometimes it turns off on its own even at 80% battery or even in a charging status). In comparison; my boyfriend uses HP 15-db0xxx with AMD A6-9225 processor and there's no external cooling fans equipped on it can last days without randomly turning off.
